I have been making healthy ice cream known as “nice cream” for over a year now. It’s super healthy and is only a few ingredients. There are so many nice cream recipes I have tried but this one is my favourite! I own a whole drawer of matcha in different flavours so one day decided to add it to my nice cream recipe. I used my vanilla matcha (my favourite) and it turned out amazing! If you don’t already know the health benefits of matcha you should get drinking (or eating) it! This recipe is so easy and takes just a few minutes to make. It’s a great healthy treat for when you get a craving for something sweet.
- 3 frozen bananas
- 1 tsp. of coconut sugar
- 1 tbsp. of cashew or almond milk
- 2 tsp. of vanilla matcha powder
- Throw all the ingredients in a blender or mixer until smooth and blended.
- Put it in the freezer for an hour.
- Eat and enjoy!
